You know when one half of the founding team of a dog brand is an accessory designer you're in good hands. 

It's clear that Amy Fleuriot has a brilliant eye for detail. Clashing colours that make sense, prints that compliment each other, and accessories for your pooch that quite easily fit it in with your own wardrobe. Bee Friedmann, the other half of the team, a craft development expert, knows all about sustainability. Which is why these two work so well. 

They met in 2011 when walking their pooches in East London. After discovering their mutual love of design and dogs, they set up their company and launched their brand - Hiro + Wolf. 

The site tells us: 'All fabrics for their collections are hand selected from around the world, many ethically sourced during trips to Kenya, featuring striking patterns and colourful designs. Amy + Bee are proud to manufacture all of their pet accessories in the UK.'

Not only is everything made in the UK, but leathers are vegetable dyed and the hardware is fitted by hand in an all-female enterprise in Staffordshire. Quite a fist pump of a brand, don't you think? You also may have spotted the brand in Elle Decoration, GQ magazine and Living etc. Casual!
